How Can headache And Carotid Artery Pain Be Treated?

I have been having pain in my carotid artery, headache on the same side. Was diagnosed with small blockage in the left artery , my ent said it would probably be best just to leave it. I also have whooshing on the same side, should I be concerned thanks

Hi,

You need to investigate further with blood pressure measurement and EKG.

If blood pressure is high then need to be controlled with medication.

For asymptomatic blockage no active management needed.
